Instructions for Examination Form Filling:

  1. Fill your details accordingly.
  2. A message with Registration ID will be sent to your email.
  3. After verifing your Registration ID You can proceed to payment Form.
  4. After that,you'll be redirected to Paytm payment gateway for further registration process.
  5. You can download your receipt after completing the payment.
  6. If your payment is not confirmed,then registration will be cancelled without any intimation.
  7. *IF in any case the payment fails or something goes wrong ,It is recommended to login again using provided Registration Id instead of filling the same form again.
  8. PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE/REFRESH THE BROWSER WINDOW, OTHERWISE COLLEGE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURE/DISCREPANCY.

  1. While paying the fee online, confirm the fee amount and different heads carefully.
  2. The details of payment along with fee payment receipt will be sent to the email ID provided at the time of payment. A confirmation of successfully payment also will be sent to mobile number provided at the time of payment.
  3. The receipt is system generated, so there is no requirement of authorized seal and signature on it.
  4. In case of transaction failure, if the amount is deducted from your account, the institute will not be liable for refund/adjustment of that amount. The debited amount in such failed transaction is refunded back usually within 10 days. If the amount is not refunded within 10 days, then it is advised to contact Paytm bank for the refund.
  5. In case of duplicate payment, the end user can approach the accounts department for a refund by providing the proof of the transaction/ your bank statement.
  6. The convenience fee will be charged by Paytm as per following details. The transaction amount will be total payable amount inclusive of convenience fee with 18% GST.

  7. Mode of payment Convenience Fee
    Net Banking Rs. 10/- + 18% GST of Rs. 10
    UPI NIL for transaction up to Rs. 2000/- and Rs. 10/- + 18% GST of Rs. 10 for transaction above Rs 2000/-
    Credit Card 0.90% of transaction amount + 18% GST
    Debit Card NIL for transaction up to Rs. 2000/- and 0.90% for transaction above Rs. 2000/- of transaction amount + 18% GST
    Paytm Wallet 1.1% of transaction amount + 18% GST
  8. If you are paying fee through Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card and the amount is deducted from your account and fee is not updated in your account, please send a mail on draccounts@ecajmer.ac.in and wait for 24 hours before doing any further transaction and wait for reply of the mail or you may contact to Accounts section of Govt. Engineering College,Ajmer.
  9. By submitting a payment through the online payments site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions including the changes if any, updated from time to time through our website.
